      Pros

      Worst Private Company I ever worked for. Only benefit, you get to work remotely!!!

      Cons

      Micromanages for EVERYTHING. You need permission to use the bathroom. Only 120 hours of PTO (Everything in one bucket). If you run out of PTO, you are forced to work including when you are sick or your child (ZERO WORK BALANCE). Management minors your screen every second. Management tells you when to take breaks and lunches. You need management approval to call the next department. Management listens to every phone conversations with your coworkers. SO MUCH WRONG WITH PRIVATE COMPANY. They are unable retain employees. People fly in and fly out of the company like flies. Lack of Benefits. Lack of incentive to excel.

      Pros

      The people that sold themselves to this company are some of the best.

      Cons

      Base salary was below market standards. Management consistently created a difficult and demotivating environment, making it the most challenging leadership dynamic I've encountered. Despite repeated concerns, the company failed to address cultural issues or improve communication. Onboarding and training resources were minimal, leaving new employees underprepared and unsupported.

      -Solid benefits package including Insurance, 401k, and PTO structure -On-site workout room, healthy snacks in central/admin building -Friendly staff/employees, everyone there is kind and helpful -Consistently working with great tech -Your team and team lead will support you and work with you

      Cons

      -Top-level management has gone through changes, decision making often opaque -Company was going through major stretch of hiring and training employees before suddenly firing a notable percentage of employees with no warning and almost no severance -Poor sales/marketing performance seems to result in cuts/impact on Support and other unrelated groups first -Often feels like C-Suite's outward talk of caring about company not fully matched by actions
