I feel like I am treated as a person whose skills and talents are recognized and valued. My boss is very laid back as long as the work gets done. 10/10 would recommend being a tester,

Cons

Not a ton of upper movement as a software tester but there are other avenues to go if you're smart, organized, a good communicator, and a team player.

Great Place to start to your career, very intelligent people. Lots of opportunities to show more of your knowledge besides day to day busy work.

Cons

Same day to day structure. Not much room for growth unless you change title and do Sales.
