      Pros

      They offer free fitness classes, yoga, MMA conditioning, boxing, and strenght training just to name a few. They promote good health and the employees appear to be a lot happier with their own work.

      Cons

      This is a family run business. It appears that some departments are deep into politics. If you upset off the wrong person, you could find yourself on the unemployment line.

      Pros

      The company treats it's employees pretty well with above average compensation. The work demands are reasonable with moderate deadlines. Everyone seems to get along, at least the people that I deal with.

      Cons

      The direction of the company isn't well known by anyone outside "the family" that runs the company. They seem to make decisions on a whim without much forethought as to the future product developments.
