Pros

People are super nice, you can make some good friends. The pay is decent and the benefits are pretty good.

Cons

Watch your back an always be looking for a new job because you never know when you are going to be cut for absolutely no valid reason. You think everything is great and you're working your tail off but you get fired due to whatever policy they decide you violated that isn't stated anywhere is grounds for termination.
