Pros

people were great to work with most of the time, the staff that maintains the cleaniness of the building is great, the free gym was great of the company is great the free gym is great

Cons

favoritism, low raises, horrible 401 k, for most advancement takes longer than three years due to cliquish environment, people would leave the company in order to apply for a job in a different department or division because management will not allow the person to interview for jobs in other divisions because they do not want to lose the head count.

Independent pharmacies are a dying field and the company has promising potential in the government sector but trying to sell capital equipment to a small time low volume pharmacy is often unrealistic
