Lots of talented people collaborating to improve healthcare. Genuine passion and care about work. Exciting development happens at a fast pace.

Cons

Departments can be very siloed from top to bottom. Initiatives and objectives can be misaligned. Communication is lacking at times.

Pros

Great place to work! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful coworkers. Progressive employer who is a pioneer in pharmacy automation. Competitive pay. I highly recommend this company.

Cons

There are no real cons other than Limited PTO. The number of paid holidays is low compared to other companies.
