Pros

First with a personal note. I never once felt as though I was working. I loved this job and company so much that never once did it feel like a "job". The people are friendly and hard working. They know the technology and they apply it well. Most of the mid-level managers are good and knowledgeable people. The technology can be "bleeding edge" at times.

Cons

Upper management is mad up of mostly family members of the owner and CEO. Decisions are made on the basis of aesthetics more than on engineering needs or qualifications.

Lots of opportunities for growth and advancement especially when you start in a customer facing role. Campus is well situated in Mission with easy access to major highways, etc.

Cons

Product line has continued to expand in breadth and scope. The company needs to target products to the market more effectively.
