Thank you for time to leave a review for Scriptilabs. It is important to ownership to give opportunity to new employees. We are glad it is an incredible learning experience for you. Although it can be a little crazy at times we do our best to keep it fun! It took Scriptilabs three years to get to point where the company could offer health insurance. It was a huge step for the company and we will do our best to be able to offer dental and vision in the near future.

Cons What we know about the current CEO is that he is not only a “nice enough guy” but he is also caring, understanding and generous. You are correct about the CEO telling both males and females that they look nice or sharp if they care enough to take extra care to look professional. That is a good way to encourage dressing professionally and is not something unique to ScriptiLabs. In fact, supervisors and management are encouraged to do this. We did do some research internally, in confidence, and we could not find one other employee that shares your opinion in regards to anything that the CEO or anybody else in the company says being “sexually charged”. If you felt that way, ScriptiLabs would like to sincerely apologize. This was certainly not the intent. If you know anything about this CEO, the one thing about him is that he is not, and will not, allow himself to be bullied in any way. His job is to make sure that the company is successful. He is very tolerant up to a point but knows when something has to be done his way and will make sure that it gets done the right way. Cliques and Favoritism To your point, we have certainly had a lot of this in the past. Employees that have recently been hired that might have looked at some of the older GlassDoor reviews before interviewing are absolutely confused about this concern once they have been here for awhile. ScriptiLabs treats everybody fairly. When employees go above and beyond, they are rewarded. The CEO is very mindful of this because of our past experiences and will do what he can for this not to happen again. Laid off for Obscure Reasons There has not been one employee that has been let go without very careful thought going into it. We understand that it has a very serious impact on their lives and weigh it heavily. We work very hard to try to correct or coach an employee through any problems they may be having with a particular task or expectation. Sometimes, employees are simply not qualified for a particular position. There are other reasons that we might have to let somebody go. Sometimes, it’s as simple as having an extraordinarily slow month or behavior unbecoming of a ScriptiLabs employee. ScriptiLabs is not unique in this regard and this happens it business all of the time. Because we are a mostly organic and smaller company, that may feel more pronounced at times. Office atmosphere What has been stated in regards to the office atmosphere is completely inaccurate. We have fun around here but it is a very professional environment to work in. There is often times laughter, pranks and good conversations that are happening all of the time. This is improving as we have been able to upgrade personnel. There are certainly times where employees have to work past 5:00. For the most part, this is rare and might happen to a particular employee once every month or so. It’s very evident that this company cares about its employees work/life balance. What any prospects need to keep in mind is that you are only scheduled for 7.5 hours per day. This means that you get 2.5 hours per week back on average. What we find is that most people don’t mind working a few extra hours here and there because they realize that the company does care. Management is blind… The truth of the matter is that when ScriptiLabs was first acquired, management didn’t quite understand the demand for the services associated with this growing space. There were a lot of adjustments that were in order for sure. Most of those process adjustments and product/service development were completed within the first couple of years and now this company is taking off like a rocket. What management understands very well is business and how business works. The current employees have confidence in where we are headed as a company. We have grown at an annual rate that most companies only dream of. 2014 looks to be a record breaking year and the month of December is capping it off with a record breaking month. The prospects for 2015 are off the charts and management seems to be making all of the right moves. Not as Smart as you Think you Are Management at ScriptiLabs is pretty humble overall. We certainly don’t think we know it all but we do learn very quickly and make adjustments to improve where we can. All we can do is the very best that we can do every single day that we walk in the door. I don’t think we can ask more than that of ourselves.
