very high qualified technically personal, many of interesting technologies, fast moving environment, very challenging work

if you snooze you loose (and have to give extra time to level up)

Pros

- Most of the technical workforce is remote, so no need to relocate if you are a top talent that is not local to one of the big centers. - Engineering team is incredibly smart and talented. Problems are being solved from the processor level all the way up to the application - There is a fair amount of freedom, and most people I know have been able to direct their work to their areas of interest - Company is growing and the product is spreading fast. Taking part in that is awesome

Cons

- for those who have issues working remote, it can be an issue on itself. It's a double-edged sword. - It's definitely not a 9-to-5 job. - excess perfectionism will at times delay deliverables
