Pros
People at ScyllaDB are very professional, very clever, and I learnt a lot while working there. It was an opportunity to work with world-wide-experts. You just google some name, and read a lot. The "open source" culture gives you a lot of flexibility in the tasks you take. The product is promising. Working mostly from remote, so it is very flexible, and work-life-balance is good. Team is spread in many countries, so you can know other cultures.

Diversity - there are very few women in RnD.
