      Poor communication skills of Leads and Managers. Communication skills are directly linked with their approach of work which is also many a times baseless. You will never grow because Leads will never leave and make sure people under them stay where they are. This company is like a nursery of Business Analysts(actually work is far different) and ZERO onsite opportunities...

      Politics... Politics... Politics... Infrastructure is not good. Facilities are poor. Initial salary(Fresher) is very low.
