Pros

Great people and not a typical office job. Wide variety of job tasks and assignments. It is a fun environment and most people love working there.

Cons

There is very little free time and nights and weekends are no longer yours. They make you feel guilty for requesting time off.

Pros

-Fun environment -Work on rollercoasters -Great Benefits -1 on 1 interaction with senior executives -Direct responsibility for your own location

Cons

-Unfairness when it comes to promotions (high school kids being promoted over people who have been working the location for the past 5 seasons) -50-60 work weeks -Communication between direct management nearly impossible -Have to deal with high school drama and maturity
