Pros
As a unit supervisor I really enjoyed working with the employees in my area You got to know everyone in your "country" Great Name recognition Leadership skills as an intern
Cons
Managers were inconsiderate of employees A lot of high school kids but it was mostly the managers that had the high school mentality they ganged up on employees and if the manager didn't like you they would cut your hours and continouosly give you the positions that were the least liked then give idiotic write-ups to push you into quitting Poor Communication that trickled down
