      -management treats you like peons rather than staff -can get hectic

      Great part time job, but not career worthy.

      Pros

      most departments will work with you for scheduling concerns. tuition reimbursement is nice for employees who are pursuing greater education.

      Cons

      bad benefit packages, most jobs are part time and finding a full time position is like pulling teeth. Atmosphere can be a bit juvenile as there are a lot of high school and college aged employees. Favoritism and grandfathering in of long time employees to positions they may not be qualified for
