Great benefits, good pay, good hours

Cons

Company has been bought and sold a few times in the last 3 years. This has shown a lot of inconsistency with overall operations, guest services, and employee communications.

Pros

Getting the opportunity to do fun and unique things every day- where else can you say that you got to swim with dolphins during a work day?

Cons

Career advancement was lacking. I was there for three years and was doing work which should have provided more in money and title.
