Pros

Excellent opportunities for career growth. The company offers tuition reimbursement. Senior leadership is professional and competent. Great benefits when compared to other companies in the area. Good communication to employees when things happen with the company.

Cons

The park is open all year round and it is hard to take vacation around the holidays. Pay is generally on the low side.

Friendly co-workers/managers. Get to have access to animals and Rides. Get to work with many systems. Have fun when at work. Descent benefits

Cons

hard to move up within company. The pay is not outstanding and raises do not have often enough to be satisfied.
