      Pros

      Great people! There was a great sense of teamwork and professionalism with the company.

      Cons

      Employees fear being laid off every quarter. Especially when the company does not make its revenue numbers and lays off staff to reduce expenses to keep the stock price up.

      Good place to learn formal control processes and management of global teams. Some good leadership here and there.

      Cons

      Mostly bad leadership. Zero budget. Constant cost cutting and feeling like company does not care about its employees. Culture of extreme poor work/life balance due to demands of working with global teams.
