      Not the best place for young engineers

      - Fair starting compensation - Flexible hours - Emphasize physical fitness and well-being - One of two worldwide HDD suppliers

      Cons

      - Little to no real guidance for new employees and entry level engineers; expect to spend 4-6 months learning on your own and searching for work until you prove your value - Poor company culture: thick office politics, problem solving frequently consists of blaming other groups and teammates instead of taking responsibility and working together - Frequent layoffs

      Dying from RIF Overload

      Pros

      Great People from the Direct Manager level and down. Excellent teamwork environment.

      Cons

      Executive leadership is clueless about the Real world Technology environment, treats their employees like fodder - easy to replace (outside of the US whenever possible) Quickly dismantling I.T. but expects everything to run as though at full staff. Thinks completely unqualified people can pick up the slack.
