      Pros

      Pros are non-existent. If I had to list a couple it would be good compensation / benefits and onsite workout facility.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership or weak leadership at corporate level. Company seems to be directionless. No long term plan to fix issues.

      Pros

      Can't think of any except that I leanered what an uncaring and I reputable company Seagate was.

      Cons

      Was recruited away from another company after over 12 years along with several other associates and they misrepresented the situation. After 7 months they layed off over 1000 folks and it severely impacted my financial position. I was told several things that were just not truthful. After 20 years somewhere else I could not believe they would do this to someone. They did not care about the impact it had on the recruiting associates. I was pursued for two months and they were not forthcoming with the real situation at the company. The gift that keeps on giving - after that they were phished and gave out my w2. Now I have fraudulent income tax filings.

      Pros

      On-site fitness center, decent vacation policy, mediocre management, at best. Most people are great to work with for the most part.

      Cons

      You're constantly looking over your shoulder for your manager to walk in and lay you off. IT got hit hard last September, 30% of them were walked out the door, you never know when the next one is coming. No advancement opportunities, at all.
