      Fair pay, opportunities to learn new things. Generally the company is facing right direction, so it should have a good future. Good internal systems - it means that you can find information quickly.

      Cons

      workload unbalance between employees. sometimes the process is slow. Design center is not so customer focusing. Sometimes you have to face the office politics.
