      - flat hierarchy - team player (colleagues are very nice- easy going and positive mind) - well training courses - great technology and great products

      Cons

      I've join in Seagate only for three month, I don't think I found the cons yet. Quite a nice

      Ok basic salary, relax working environment, work-life balance

      Low AWS and increment, few calculative colleauges, bias sup and manager seldom listen ( my dept only )

      Great for Leadership principals, treat customers and staff fairly and openly. Talented and committed workforce.

      Cons

      Ensure your package is good on day 1, it will not be likely to change much over the years. Raises can be minimal.
