      Must be a nice place if people keep coming back

      Pros

      Competitive pay, very good benefit package. Mid-level management is generally very fair. Most employees work well in teams and remain open to ideas. Can't say enough about the value of the people working here - good diversity and wonderful people all around.

      Cons

      Pretty stagnant with very few new hires. There's some turnover but nothing compared with some other companies. Management has to jump through HR hoops to hire people, and the same HR hoops make it difficult for people to even switch departments.

      Pros

      Lots of very good, helpful people to work with. Many people work very hard to do the right thing. For the most part it is very employee friendly and understanding.

      Cons

      The middle management seems to give lip service to the goals and priorities set by top management. There is a tendency to do a lot of work to make procedures and processes that will improve conditions in some way and then fall back on old ways of doing things when it gets a little difficult to change. It seems like the people that champion change end up on the sidelines. The company went through a large RIF last year. Lost a lot of good talent. Long hours for those left.

      Pros

      If you thrive in an operations and engineering driven and hard working culture, this is the place for you. Good compensation and benefits.

      Cons

      Long-term strategic actions take lower priority over short-term number-meeting goals. Even though industry is highly consolidated, competitive threat and customer pressure is always there.
