      Long-term company prospects are unclear given competition in hard drive industry, and with flash technology Pittsburgh facility was closed during the 2009-2010 recession

      Pros

      Benefits are very good and supportive of workers with young families-including flex time, vacation time, etc. The allows you to focus on doing a great job for the company while being there for your family too. Good reward system in place for successfully meeting your goals.

      Cons

      Company is so big that higher level management does not always get, or if the get it does not properly weight, the information they need for making critical decisions.

      Promotions are unheard of. Seems that the hard working employees get passed over for promotions.
