Pros
it is a cutting edge company that is in a great position to grow. I was working there through a temp agency though so I didn't feel the same level of pride i would have as a regular employee. They have great technology and have partnerships with some amazing companies, and they are sure to grow as disk storage becomes a larger and larger field in the near future. Everyone I worked with was great as well, and my manager was amazing. If I had more of a career path that I could have worked with there I would have loved to stay.
Cons
the building is somewhat dated and the cafeteria is too expensive.
