Pros

Great exposure to the agency life.

Cons

The complete corporate structure can make it hard to figure out what your role is. Your always expected to "step up" but no one really gives guidance on who's responsibility is what.

Pros

The company offers a variety of different services staying at the forefront of technological advances. I started out as a Marketing Intern which transition into a future role at the company, The truly unique thing I realized while working at Seamgen is that everyone here is so smart, helpful, and inviting that it makes work really enjoyable.

Cons

Roles and responsibilities of upper management can sometimes conflict, which lead to confusion under the people they are managing.

Seamgen is one of the premiere app development companies in San Diego. Marc and his team provide exceptional service to their clients... Not to mention you can take your dog to work.
