Crazy micromanagement Turn over rate is so high, I’ve been with the company 3 months and they let everyone go that doesn’t hit the quota (which is 40 meetings held a month) low salary and commission they definitely brainwash you into thinking you won’t be able to find a better job. If you don’t hit your numbers you’re out 0 job stability most people in sales don’t make it to 6 months over 600 phone calls a day.. you will never stop calling in mentally draining
