Pros

Benefits are ok, remote is nice but they micro manage and make you stay on camera all day long.

Cons

Unreasonable expectations, massive volume of work per day. This is essentially a call center job, you will be expected to call from 9am to 5pm with limited breaks. If you take a break they will ping you and ask why you aren't calling. Very quick burnout.

You meet a lot of great people from all over the place. Remote work. Great place to come in with little sales experience learn grow and find your next role.

Cons

Churn and burn through customers and employees.

Pros

The people I worked with were really great

Cons

Management is a joke. The CEO has all these crazy ideas and will flip flop from one to another, making whatever work you put into his last idea completely useless. Also they will track every keystroke on your computer so don't you dare use your work computer for any personal thing, even checking something on Google really quick. They'll know and call you out on it.
