Pros

As an SDR your sole job is to cold call and do cold outreach. Seamless has tools in place to streamline this and makes it very easy to do cold outreach. From what i've experienced, the leadership is great! Sometimes can micromanage, but they also need to hit their KPI's and want you to succeed, so I get it.

Cons

Base-pay could definitely be higher compared to other SDR roles in the software industry.

Best place to work in Sales

Pros

This place is dedicated fully to the Sales, BDR's, and Customer Success efforts and provides more than enough resources for everyone to succeed consistently. Everything is communicated and if something feels unfair we work it out as a team.

Cons

If you don't like selling to other sales people this probably wouldn't be as fun!
