Pros

Great Sales teams, great team level and lower level leadership. Great sales experience, you will learn how to pitch, handle, objections, qualify and lead people to a agreed upon meeting time. You earn every pay check with cold calling. I learned so much about prospects business process's and if our product can help them , in a high energy environment this is a excellent job for recent college grads or anyone looking to gain fast sales skills in the B2B setting and there is definitely the ability to move up the ranks if you hit the company's numbers. As well Seamless is a great lead gen platform that you will actual uses in your day to day , so you can directly attest to its proven performance.

Cons

Very high quota about 40 held meetings needed a month after you have been with the company for 90 day's and remember this is cold calling. A lot of different factors make that number very difficult, as well as other unrealistic expectations from upper management, who uses fear of quota #s to pump as much as they can out of the SDR's that aren't hitting that number. Very high turnover rate for employees, and specialized call list given to top performers and management favored reps, not hitting the same numbers. Basically if you can't hit there mark on quota your given a improvement plan which can help , but miss the mark after regardless of the circumstance's that and you are gone.

Pros

Not many. SDRs hired are wonderful. Some in leadership are great; it's the ones that drink 'the Kool-Aid' and spread hate that do not make it a pro to work here.

Cons

Leadership was toxic, talked negatively about the character of BDRs. Asked about childcare for some employees but some manager's did 1x1 calls while people were shirtless and partying in the background. Happy when you perform for 2 seconds then why not doing more? Had a rep NEVER miss quota, exceeded it actually. I was told they're probably over Seamless because they hit 120% to quota and not their normal 150%. Do not communicate well; well they communicate fine but it's never the right information. Asking people to apply for promotions and then deny them for not having enough tenor or experience??? I could go ON AND ON.
