      - remote work - struggling to find something else, but need to type 5 words in the pros section

      Cons

      - product is not even AI based (data is from purchased databases) - subpar customer on-boarding - lack of transparency from leadership - commission withholding - boiler room mentality - lack of experience in leadership = awful training - lack of ethics/morality in the way they train reps to lie to prospects - data is only 50% accurate or so - no plan for the future, constant changes that make no sense - manager lied on incentive and withheld additional money - run away, there is no future plan for Seamless.AI

      Terrible leadership, terrible management, with zero direction whatsoever. Theres no training at all. They make you keep your camera on all day because they treat you like children and ask for donations towards to the company goals. The goon of CEO also is constantly lying in the press about company to beef up the valuation all while trying to sell his book. Avoid at all costs.

      No redeemable qualities at this company.

      Cons

      Leadership is self-serving and performative at best, CEO just want to be an influencer, quotas raised to un-meetable levels, treats employees as a commodity and easily expendable, no focus in the outbound outreach just a spray and pray method.
