      working from my house is the only thing

      Micromanagement - you have to be on zoom all day you must make at least 700 cold calls a day or they will write you up turn over rate is too high, if you don't hit quota which is 40 meetings booked a month they will fire you They brainwash you into thinking this job is the best you can ever get Manipulative leadership Might as well apply to other jobs while you have this one bc it won't last

      Horrible place to work

      the only pro is that is it remote

      Cons

      they pressure you to do things that you are not comfortable with that have nothing to do with the actual job. Micromanagement is horrible. Extremely harsh sales tactics that rub a lot of companies the wrong way

      Don't Waste Your Time

      Co-workers are very easy to work with. Remote

      Cons

      You have to pay for your laptop upfront and if they let you go you are required to pay the laptop costs back that they reimbursed. Churn and Burn organization. If you miss quota once, you are out.
