Pros

Great product with a solid market fit Large flexibility on pricing makes it easy to steal deals from competitors

Cons

Super transactional sale. Can be nice but it feels like you're selling cutco knives and that's how you're taught to sell. Base Pay is low - SDR's have higher base salary than AE's. Starting AE salary is around $40k-$50k, incoming SDR's are starting at $50k Benefits are subpar. Employers covers less than 50% (when most SaaS companies cover 80-100%) and there is NO paid leave for new parents. You're supposed to file for short term disability. Very little PTO - you are given about 2 weeks of PTO and a few "floating holidays". Sick time is tied into your PTO balance. SDR's are required to call of giant lists and are told to book anyone and everyone. Prospects are not being qualified properly. AE's run anywhere from 6-8 meetings/day and only 1 and if you're lucky 2, are qualified Encouraged to NOT ask questions. If you do, you're labeled a "complainer" It's hard to be set up for success and do well unless you were here 2+ years ago when the team was small or you put in 12+ hours per day.

Pros

- I worked with a cool team - Lots of data to play with

Cons

- This company lives to suck you dry, newbies beware! - Extremely toxic and burn out driven culture - On top of the above point, it's also a huge fratboy style culture - Extremely manipulative company - Shady practices when it comes to employees - They do not trust any of their employees at all - Require you to install a nanny virus app called hubstaff - You have to purchase your own equipment (they reimburse you of course, but if you don't stay at the company for TWO YEARS you have to pay them back) - After leaving they will proceed to wipe your laptop automatically, this process totally corrupt the boot drive so you look forward to rebuilding everything from scratch - Forget about a notice, the same day at 5pm after you turn it in you will be removed from the company

We’re happy to hear that you had a great working relationship with your team and enjoyed using our product. As our company continues to hyper-scale during the pandemic, we’ve had to adapt; and one of those ways is having our new team members purchase work equipment for a full reimbursement. It remains the most efficient and effective way to allow employees to choose their at-home equipment setup and receive equipment quickly without any significant delays in transition to join our team. Transparent feedback is important to us and we’ll take the time to uncover opportunities for growth and development as we continue to scale our company while navigating through these unexpected times.

Pros

Free paperweight laptop that you pay for out of pocket, get reimbursed for, and then have taken out of your paycheck after a quick termination

Cons

Aside from setting 8 meetings a day and going above and beyond quota attainment, they end up firing a team lead, and with him being gone the excel sheet that you are to record how many calls you put in disappears with them. When you cant recall the exact number of calls that you made a month and a half ago, they let you go with no warning as it is "manipulation of documents. You also sit in a zoom room from 9-5am and if you go to the bathroom or get water for 30 seconds you are pinged by your manager before you can even fill up your glass. Bornacin is a complete weirdo, and his automated linkedin messages still invited me to apply even after termination. Pay is bad for what you do. Great job to get SDR experience and then go to a company that values your time more after. High turnover, horrible micromanagement. Work hard and still get laid off. Run away and never look back.
