      Great company, great product, poor leadership

      The platform is extremely cool, good benefits and half days on Friday’s

      Cons

      There’s a huge disconnect up and down the leadership hierarchy. The recruiting team had hiring goals set in place and when we met those goals, 70% of the department was let go for over-hiring.

There are numerous resources in place for employees to check in on how they're doing, and support available to help them improve. Our goal is not for short-term employment; we want to hire individuals who can build their careers with us and grow with the company!
