Pros
- Decisions can be made quickly because there is a flat structure of leadership - Everyone at the company works together to get things done - it doesn’t matter what it is, there’s always someone there to help - You learn and innovate every day
Cons
- Trust in senior leadership is difficult because there are constant shifts in priorities and processes. You should expect some level of this when working at a tech startup but it’s more challenging with strongly opinionated senior leaders. - The benefits are improving but are still average - Very demanding work - it doesn’t matter what role, it will be hard and demanding… to the burnout point… and there’s added pressure with the time tracking app that tracks every moment on your computer
