The company doesn't always do everything right, but it's obvious to see they're always acting in the best interest of the team and employees, and they truly care about every employee's life changing for the better as a part of working at Seamless.AI -Learn sales under some of the best sales professionals in the world - Fast-moving, high growth company focused on maximizing the success of the sales team - Collaboration across all depts is like nothing I've seen in 20 years in sales. Product cares about sales, sales cares about CS, CEO Cares about the BDR team. It's infectious, and it's freaking awesome to be a part of. - Great PTO policy and flexible management to accomodate life - 401k with company match, great investing options and a ROTH 401K Option! - VERY easy to use 401k and manage it

      Cons

      The Only 'con' that comes to front of mind would be the Benefits/insurance are still just average. BUT it's not for lack of effort or caring, we are constantly hearing about updated benefits and they've gotten 10x better since I started and is constantly improving.

      Career Launching Opportunity

      Pros

      Really valuable product that's easy to understand and sell, it's a solution that really every B2B company needs. Company culture is high energy and the sales team is extremely collaborative. Leadership listens to ideas and communicates well with the team, something very important with remote work. They promote from within, so there are opportunities for quick growth which is performance driven. The sales training and tools provided to the SDRs are very efficient for doing a lot of outreach with not a lot of effort. Hitting quota is rather easy to achieve without working over 40 hours, the challenge comes in crushing it.

      Fast paced environment and fast growing company so there are a lot of changes as what is expected as the company grows.

      Pros

      A good product and they're growing very quickly so there are opportunities to get promoted. They're really high energy and there's a ton of super nice people there - I really liked everyone I worked with.

      Cons

      I share these cons with a caveat, they may not actually be cons for everyone it just depends on what you are looking for: You're coached to use high pressure and borderline sleezy sales tactics in my opinion - I'd guess a solid 1/3rd of appointments are booked with people who said they have no interest in meeting with you and just send an invite anyway or they just agree to meet to get you off the phone. The mentality is as long as the invite is sent what could it hurt, they may show.....but if they don't show you don't get paid - that goes to what I said above, this may not be a con for everyone but I just didn't enjoy that element of the job. Also I felt the training was a let down. In Seamless' defense the job is pretty straight forward and I don't think you need a ton of training but I was told the was world class and I'm not sure I've ever received less job training, even when I was a busboy in high school.
