Pros

- Positive energy & environment - even amidst mainly a Remote workforce - Uncapped Commission for Sales - $$$ Leadership efforts to Implement employee feedback - increased PTO, Benefits, 401k, etc. - Open communication setting across departments - Ongoing coaching and improvement with the ability to independently work to build your book of business - Internal promotion track

Cons

- Overall compensation is competitive with commission factored in however, base salary may not be competitive enough for individuals in specific cities/states. - Seamless.AI certainly offers a motivating culture and environment, however as it is a "Start-Up" type organization, the fast pace work environment just may not be for everyone.

We agree that the environment at Seamless.AI is a positive one, and we have our rockstar employees to thank for that! We seek to hire people who are positive, coachable, and eager to make an impact! We do move at a fast pace here since we are rapidly growing, so adaptability is crucial. Although we are fully remote and meeting face-to-face isn't always possible, we are always seeking ways to make our work environment more collaborative and inclusive. Examples of these efforts include our different social Slack channels, our Culture Committee who's dedicated to celebrating our company culture and various holidays, and lastly, our engagement tools such as AwardCo & Lattice that are used to give shoutouts/praise and gather employee feedback. Pros

Sales is not for everyone, nor should it be. If it was easy everyone would do it. Seamless is very upfront about the quotas, expectations, environment and culture. They provide a month long training that is real world, hands on, in the job training. No theory, just actual and practical application. There is no shortage of reps hitting quota every month and even more opportunity for those who are not to be coached in real time and provided a lot of help and resources. Seamless for the most part promotes from within and the managers are player coaches as well. So when you get feedback and coaching from a Sales Manager, it is done by someone who truly knows the job and has had success in that role before they were promoted.

Cons

There is a lot of rejection in sales. Just because you are a people person is not enough to prepare you for a role that requires a mental toughness and an ability to not take things personal.

450+ dials a day called the wrong prospects numerous times People were harassed and spammed

Thank you for leaving a review. We're saddened to hear that you felt that there was a lack of appreciation and support. We certainly don't ever want employees to feel that way, and wish we knew you felt that way while you were still here so we could have had the opportunity to do somethnig about it. The SDR role is a performance-based position, and cold-calling is part of the job. However, we understand it's a fast-paced environment and may not always be the best fit for everyone. We aim to be fully transparent on job responsibilities during the interview process, so nothing comes as a surprise in terms of what the day-to-day looks like for each role.
