None at all to think of

Cons

Terrible leadership, terrible management, with zero direction whatsoever. Theres no training at all. They make you keep your camera on all day because they treat you like children and ask for donations towards to the company goals. The goon of CEO also is constantly lying in the press about company to beef up the valuation all while trying to sell his book. Avoid at all costs.

Upper management lacks communication skills. Doesn't know how to tailor to who they're speaking to, and treats everyone like a first year sales person. Sales strategy lacks innovation - aggressive sales tactics no longer are as effective, and subscription contracts lack care for the customer (money hungry). Demands data reporting without lack of foundational clean data to build upon. Wants accuracy without providing time to validate. One of the hardest tests during interview that barely anyone passes, yet doesn't allow the talented people who pass it to have autonomy or a say in what dashboards should look like or the analysis that comes from them. CEO brags about all his luxury items and pauses his meetings with employees to do YouTube videos (which are poor quality, low resolution, lacks value, and videography skills...p.s. buy a gimbal, your videos are so shakey i could vomit) They don't provide access to contractors to do their jobs. Refuse to give you the tools you need to succeed bc of "price", yet the ceo can build an in-ground pool at his house which is worth 10x more than the tools we asked for. When you resign, they treat you like dirt on the ground. Wipe your computer and all the drives so your computer won't even work. Had to take it to a repair shop. They make you purchase the computer if you leave before 2 years and the computer depreciates over 50% in 6 months. You're stuck with the costs of repairing a device they broke, and they refuse to email you back when you ask for help. I could go on... but I digress.

As for our computer policy, it's designed so that employees own their device in the event that they part ways with the company. We go over our computer policy in detail upon offer acceptance to ensure employees have a clear understanding of how it works prior to joining the team. While we do wipe the device of any company data after one leaves Seamless.AI, that should not cause the device to stop working. We're sorry to hear that you had issues with your computer after parting ways. Good first job out of school. Energetic company culture.

Cons

Very fast paced, not the best benefits, and was getting very underpaid.

We agree that have a pretty amazing culture at Seamless.AI, and we have our rockstar employees to thank for that! We greatly value employee feedback, which is why we seek it regularly through anonymous surveys, employee reviews, etc. Through these feedback channels, employees play a major role in shaping our culture, as our leadership team makes changes based on trends they see from employee feedback. An example of this being our ever-evolving benefits package! Recent changes include updates to health insurance offerings, paid parental leave, increased PTO, and so on.
