Awful leadership l

Pros

Money is decent. Benefits are decent as well. Some individual people are cool as well.

Cons

They treat people like it's a factory. The leadership doesn't care about people and we are always constantly hiring because we can't keep anyone.

Frat boy style management Inconsistent advice from Sales Managers Commissions paid at the end of the following month Paying for equipment only to have it taken out of final check

Our leadership team is deeply invested in the success of our employees and any decision that's made is made with both the employees' and company's best interest in mind. We provide training and development opportunities for our managers, so they can continue to sharpen their skillset and become the best advocates for their teams. As for equipment, while we do require incoming employees to purchase their own equipment, we fully reimburse for that purchase.
