Pros

The only this reason this has two stars, is for the remote aspect. As well as the people you work with. Typically are post grad students, so like minded.

Cons

Absolutely everything besides the Pros. This is a glorified call center. They want you to be on the phones for 6 hours. And if you still aren’t doing well booking they tell you to work harder. You always will feel like you’re being fired because of KPIs and that comes from upper management. They make you buy expensive equipment just to charge you for it if you don’t last two years. They under pay employees even if your a “higher position”. They churn of SDRs is out of this world. You can find a different company to work for, I promise you.

We aim to be transparent during the interview process about what the role entails, so if anything, such as time on the phone, came as a surprise, thanks for letting us know so that we can continue to evolve our communication.

Pros

Not much I can think of other than the other SDRs being really awesome people to work along side of.

Cons

Head leadership is awful, they “ramp quota to 40” when the industry average is 20 and if you don’t hit quota they boot you. They make you do role plays in front of a zoom of 200 people not always but they’ll pressure you for sure. Some SDRs get special lists for them that others don’t get and those same people are at the top every month and everyone who’s on their own with no list has the same expectations. The whole time I was there everyone thought it was shady. If you reas this before taking a job there just know you shouldn’t.

We agree that we do have an awesome team of SDR's! Our training team is awesome too! We have them in place specifically for the reasons you outlined - to help those with little experience learn, grow, and excel in their sales career. We do have reps regularly able to hit or exceed their goals, and we do careful calculations to set those goals. If you have more specific information we should know about regarding list sharing, please reach out to our HR team directly.

We provide multiple internal escalation channels: your manager, leadership, or any member of the HR team. We regret we didn't hear this feedback from you while you were still employed so that we could partner with you to try to understand and make your experience better. Regardless, we hear your feedback now, so thank you for taking the time to share it.
