Pros

Working from home. Solid base pay.

Cons

This isn't sales, they are a turn and burn company. They hire a bunch of SDRs and then give a quota your first month whole you are suppose to be in training. If you don't hut that quota they fire you. Not even too your face. They have HR call your or email you out of nowhere. They don't tell you that if you don't hit the 1st month quota that you will be fired. They keep it a secret. Please don't work here. If you are looking to get into sales take any other job. If you have sales experience it isn't worth your time. Just please don't work here. I mean it sincerely.

Pros

- Descent commission - Remote work - Co-workers were cool

Cons

- This is a churn and burn company that is number driven, and if you don't produce a certain amount of held meetings, you are out. Note that there will be people that have hit the company's quota, but it is a small percentage. - Terrible and unorganized management system and people. Micromanagement is very present at this company. - This job is extremely energy draining and you'll be dialing 600+ people a day from call lists that are completely outdated. I've had times were I was calling people who were retired from the listed company for 10 years, or completely wrong companies that the prospect wasn't even working at anymore. This company sells people on a platform that supposively gets data in "real time", but that is not the truth at all.
