Pros

In all honesty, I cannot name one positive I got from working for this joke of a company.

Cons

Everything. The culture, the product, the training, all horrendous, Company is in shambles and I wouldn't be surprised if they aren't around in 3 years.

Pros

Company really focuses on getting you to hit and exceed quotas fast! which in turn leads to quick promotions. If your goal is to be a Sales Manager, AE, and more this company will get you there in less than a year!

Cons

Very high energy high pace work environment, if you're not producing you will be swiftly let go.

Pros

Working remote. That's literally it.

Cons

Where do I start? This company preaches mental health, Work-life-balance, great compensation, great job security, and great company culture. Let me tell you my story. Started with about 25 people in my class, training was complete dog sh*t. They don't tell you or teach anything about the company. They go straight into what you need to download on your computer and by day 2-3 they have you on the dialer. Doing nothing but dialing 600+ cold calls per day. They expect you to figure it out and don't show you how to use any of their programs either. The training managers are nice people, but lack patience and don't seem to know what they are doing either. The turnover rate is complete sh*t and they don't tell anyone that they will fire you first month in if you cannot hit their quota to "graduate training". Again, I started with ab 25 people, and only a handful of us were kept. That is after the company forces you to commit to and purchase >$800 worth of equipment and even try out the job beforehand of course. Meaning once they fire you they will take the reimbursement back, unless you can survive past 24 months, which I have yet to hear anyone do, so to say the least, you are paying for all the equipment in the end. The quotas are insane, starting at 5 meetings held (not booked, the person must show up), and if they don't or the AE doesn't like the prospect, they won't count it. Also, they will change the quota anywhere from 5-10 meetings held to graduate training if they see they over-hired people to get rid of the weaker ones. Which is ironic considering they preach mental health and all that other BS. They will then keep raising your quota until you fail. From 5, to 10, to 25 second month, to 40 meetings held the third month and once you hit that number they will either keep you at 40 meetings per month until you miss it and they will use the chance to fire you. I've seen it all, people with children get fired, people who miss the monthly quota by 1 get fired, etc. This job is more cut-throat than a used car dealership, and you will have 0 mental health, and peace of mind until you hit your monthly quota, but even then you won't know if you'll have a job the next month because you might miss that quota. Just to put it into perspective, they expect you to have a minimum of 2 meetings held for each work day of every month; ask anyone in Tech, and they will tell you that is INSANE. Oh and not to mention you are expected to be OFF MUTE and CAMERA ON for the ~8 hours you are working daily. Meaning they don't care what is going on around you, it's invasive.
