Great company culture, awesome co-workers who want to be successful but also keep things light hearted and the work-life balance is a huge plus. The company is growing and it's an amazing experience to be a part of.

Management is largely unavailable and unwilling to compensate employees fairly as their skills progress. Little to no opportunity for meaningful advancement within the organization.

Searchspring Response

Thanks for the feedback - we have now implemented a career management process as well as a manager review process that allows employees to rate their managers so we can all grow together. We have also started paying people what they are worth and will continue to do so.
