Searchspring has a very supportive and collaborative company culture. First off, Searchspring's product is a powerful tool that helps businesses to improve their search experiences. This makes the work meaningful and it helps to create a sense of pride in the work that we do. Employees are encouraged to be their authentic selves and to take risks. The marketing team at Searchspring is constantly working on new and innovative projects. This keeps the work challenging and rewarding. in addition, Searchspring is a growing company, which means there are always opportunities for growth. Employees are encouraged to take on new challenges and to learn new skills. They offer competitive compensation and benefits packages. Employees also receive stock options, which can be a great way to grow your wealth.

Cons

Searchspring is a fast-paced environment and some of the projects that the marketing team works on can be innovative yet complex. This can be a good thing for some people, but it can be a challenge for others.

Pros

The whole company is filled with great employees. The work is rewarding. Compensation is great!

Cons

Offices are spread out around the US so your direct offices are smaller, therefore less interaction with others.

Thank you for the positive review, we try really hard to ensure we are a great place to work and while we have multiple offices, as you pointed out, we are consistently trying to bridge those remote and in remote office back to the core.

Pros

Your impact makes a difference. As a small team, the input you give has a ripple effect from your work, to the work of other departments, and finally to our customers. Having the opportunity to put in hard work and to see how that work affects the company is mesmerizing. I came from a massive 1000+ employee company, so this is a refreshing change of pace. I can and do make a difference just from what I accomplish in my day to day work. The environment is very collaborative among teams and departments. Everyone has a "do it now" mindset, which makes overcoming challenges easier to handle. Everyone hops in to tackle issues head on without hesitation. We simply (at least from what I have experienced) do not have the "that's not my job" or "X department handles that" kind of attitude. We really do work as a team and we strive for inclusivity. Anyone from a Jr, Sr, Exec level role can help define business processes or offer insight into how to do things better. As a TLDR: Your impact makes a difference Your opinions matter Teamwork makes the dream work

Cons

We are a small company so there are hiccups that happen along the way. We are in the building stages of what will be a high speed rocket ship. As we grow, we experience growing pains. Some days can be challenging, simply because we encounter a problem for the first time. That process can be both daunting and exciting. If you love solving new problems and building new ways of overcoming challenges then this can be seen as a pro and not a con.

Rocket ships are fun, but they are really difficult. All that force going in one direction and if not all aligned to the common goal it will blow up. We are ecstatic that you are enjoying your time here and we absolutely will remain transparent and are looking to make 2022 a much clearer picture on the company's goals and further diversity across the company.
