You will gain experience & friends. You can learn anything as long as you stay consistent. Pretty much all I can say.

Cons

You are expected to break your back for little to no pay and management takes things personal if you can't stick around and do what they need done

Tuition assistance is awesome. I used to complete school. The basically reimburse me for the money I spent for tuition.

Cons

Not a lot of room for advancement. I felt as if I was stuck in a rut with no opportunity for promotion.
