Pros

- Schedule Flexibility - When you actually catch someone - Bonds with APAs, tight knit - Close to drills, axes and knives if you want to kill yourself on the job

Cons

- Associates that are needed to build and support the AP culture, are paid minimum wage. There are no raises in my marker, unless you bend over and get dry raped with a broom handle. Apathy ridden, young and careless, jaded associates. Leadership team couldn't lead a thirsty horse to water if their life depended on it, and if they did somehow muster the brain cells to lead said horse, it would be due to backstabbing another horse.
