Pros

You sit alot and you generally meet some interesting people who tell you tree Ruth about the company.

Cons

Pay is horrible...... Managment is generally concerned about themselves..... Most of the workers are completely racist....... Sears does not have our backs... Management watches your every move. Horrible shifts.... Asset protection managers treat you like a slave. Unreasonable exoectations. Sometimes even on your lunch break....assest protection managet will make you continue to work. Company really doesnt care about you like other companys would.

Pros

Schedule isn't the worst thing in the world but it's a failing company, what can you say. There's really not much else of a pro.

Cons

Pretty much everything else that doesn't have to do with being able to write your own schedule. Failing company, disheartened employees, poor conditions.
