Training was unbelievably amazing. I worked on a lot of college level work that I really appreciated. I was pretty much paid to learn all these leadership capabilities that can and should be used anywhere. Honestly I’ve never felt as confident in myself and my work than when I worked here.

Cons

There are constantly store closures and company “restructuring”. Meaning eliminating positions, combining those eliminated duties onto a still existing position without pay increase. Extremely high turnover. It’s a very political company to work for.
