- Uncapped commission + bonuses. There is a chance to make exceptional money if you know how to sell your product and are willing to put in the time and miles. - All benefits are available to you. Medical/dental/vision/life insurance/401k

Cons

- Long hours daily plus drive times. Avg 50-70 hrs per week @ 500-1200 miles a week. - Management needs to do less micro-managing.
