Pros

Great work life balance. Great digital team.

Cons

Working for a failing company is never fun. The endless declining financial report is depressing.

Pros

You can make money if you have the patients and income to wait long periods between checks. This is a one chance close theory and does not hold true if you are selling very high tickets like kitchens and baths. Sears thinks that when you are spending 15-80 thousand that you are going to make that decision within a 90 minute demonstration. The ones that are make the money as a "Sears Home Improvement Product Consultant" are those selling HVAC., roofing and the like. They have very high turnover.

Cons

the miles you will put on your vehicle.
