But terrible working practices. Awful customer service. Management runs around like chickens with their heads cut off. Treat employees poorly

Too much change, wonder when the company will be gutted.

Great work/life balance, casual culture, jeans and t-shirt to work, recognition for your hard work, promotional opportunities, understanding management. Variety of medical insurance packages to choose from. Ability to move into different roles and lines of business

Cons

Sears is known for paying people a little below market. May be worth it to you if you enjoy wearing jeans and a t-shirt to work though!
